How to tell how many hours I have spent?

Hello, I am a college student wanting to help out due to it being an assigment I need to complete I was wanting to know how i look at how many hours I have spent on subtitling things

Thank you for your question, Red Hood Outlaw. The Amara tool does not have a timer for how long you spend subtitling. So I guess that's something you should do yourself with external tools: maybe you have a smartphone with a chronometer?

Actually, I'd be rather paralyzed by a chronometer running while I'm subtitling - is this a requirement of your assignment?
