Can't read and reply to messages

Hi,

I am receiving message notifications in my e-mail, but I can not reply to message even I click the "reply to this message' button. I can only start a new message, but the history of messages I can not read.

On the Amara platform when I clic on the button ' view all messages' nothing happens.

I need your help

Thank you for reporting this issue, Andrea. This way, we now have a forum thread about it.

Unfortunately, I can't help you. Presently, using Firefox on a laptop running on Linux, I don't have the same issue. However, you could create a ticket about it: the ticket will go to Amara's tech staff who can help, and when they do, we can report the answer here, for all users to view.
