Has the video been added to a team, perhaps? If yes, some teams have a workflow where transcription must be completed before translations are authorized.
If no, can you indicate the URL of the Amara page for the video, please?

Thanks for your comment Claude. The owner added the button of English subtitles so I can.

I joined a team and I want to translate Japanese to English. However, I can’t find the way to add English subtitles. It seems I can transcribe Japanese but there’re no other languages. What should I do??
