By "the help centre's explanation" I suppose you mean Embed Code Usage Guide? Unless you manage a team, you can just ignore what follows "You can set the following options:".

Now, using the Amara embed code requires your being able to modify the html code of the  page where you want to do the embed. If you can't do that, the simplest solution is to make a normal link to the relevant Amara video page.
