Hello~
Thank you for your service.

I am using amara free plan for years.

Recently, my coworker sign up Amara, and try to make subtitles.
However the edit button is not being activated even after logging into Amara using the Chrome browser and accessing the generated URL.

Thank you for letting us know your coworker is not seeing the Edit button. To be sure all personal information is kept private can you please ask your coworker to send us an email to support@amara.org so we can help troubleshoot the issue.

If they can share their username on Amara and a URL to the video they are trying to edit on Amara it will help us help you faster!
