Re Canvas: see the Add Videos to Amara Public tutorial: Canvas is not listed among the sources that can be used to create an Amara video page. You could ask the person who published the video on Canvas if they'd agree to also publish it in a format / manner compatible with Amara.

Is anyone else having difficulties captioning videos generated in Canvas with Amara? I'd prefer to caption on YouTube, but I don't believe there is a way to save the video generated using Canvas for upload to YouTube.
