Comments page is located at yoursite.mirocommunity.org/comments/moderation-queue.
To access it, select "Comments" item from the main menu on the left side of the administration interface.
On this page, you can review comments available for moderation and approve or remove them. You can also monitor activity of users posting comments and check their IP addresses.
