Hi, The Demo page where people can have a go at the subtitling widget before deciding to join Amara or not still exists: http://universalsubtitles.org/demo. However there is no link to it in the home page anymore. Could we have it back? It is very useful for newcomers to be able to try the software before deciding to sign up or not. Otherwise, some may be put off by the explanation of the separate stages (I remember thinking at first: "Why on earth should I first transcribe then sync when I can do both at the same time on other platforms?" - trying the demo showed that it made sense). Update: Besides, there are still 6 entries concerning this demo in the present Transifex file for translating the web site.
