Question about zombie video pages

Yesterday, in cerebraltangent's profile , I noticed three links apparently for the same video page:

  1. cerebraltangent added “Albert-László Barabási at TEDMED 20...” to Amara
  2. cerebraltangent added “Albert-László Barabási at TEDMED 20...” to Amara
  3. cerebraltangent added “Albert-László Barabási at TEDMED 20...” to Amara

But they actually have three different URLs:

  1. http://www.amara.org/videos/vC67T8eS8b1h/info/albert-laszlo-barabasi-at-tedmed-2012/
  2. http://www.amara.org/videos/q1oiqbn2Kp2R/info/albert-laszlo-barabasi-at-tedmed-2012/
  3. http://www.amara.org/videos/KD75p1h07B4N/info/albert-laszlo-barabasi-at-tedmed-2012/

Of these, only the second one - http://www.amara.org/en/videos/q1oiqbn2Kp2R/info/albert-laszlo-barabasi-at-tedmed-2012/  - works correctly.

In the first and third one, the player is replaced by "a is null" and there is no URL in the URL tab.

I've asked cerebraltangent if he had noticed anything strange happening when he created the page from the YT URL. He hasn't.

So could Amara staff look into what might have caused this, explain it here on the forum, check for possible other instances of this glitch, then delete all zombie pages like the 1st and 3rd mentioned here, please?

Other instance: on page 9 of the "Removing subtitles or videos" topic, all the video duplicates which  Robin Gates asked to be deleted also have "a is null" instead of a player.
