For how long does a task stay overdue?

There is a task under someone else's responsability and it is overdue for a few minutes now. How much time does it take so I can do the task?

Is the task still overdue now? If yes, please create a ticket describing the issue. It will go to Amara's tech staff who will be able to free the task.

Ok, thank you! It's not overdue anymore, i think it stayed as such for more or less 18 hours.

Okay, I appreciate it. It was past due for, well, about 18 hours. Now it isn't past due.
