You can add languages to your keyboard via your browser. For instance in Firefox, this is explained in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/use-firefox-another-language.
It should be similar with other browsers.
However, there might be an issue if your OS does not support Czech. In this case, see https://www.czechtime.cz/article/how-to-type-czech-characters-on-keyboard/.

In the Czech language, we have many letters with unique symbols, such as ř, ž, č, š, and others. The issue is that I can't use these letters. For instance, the word 'šok' means something different from 'sok.' Is this an issue with all languages that have unique symbols in their alphabets?
