Why aren't my susbtitles selected by default?

I translated a clip into English:

http://www.universalsubtitles.org/en/videos/gAXpEp8NOkjq/info/ergonomics/

But as you can see, under the clip it shows "Select Language" instead of automatically selecting "English" (especially since it's the only subtitles).

When I visit other people's videos, "English" is automatically selected.

Why is it different for my video?
