Why are some Amara pages now titled by the URL - instead of by the YT title - of the video they stream?

Today I noticed that some YouTube-based Amara pages are now titled by the URL - instead of by the YT title - of the video they stream - just as normally happens by default when you create an Amara page from the URL of an .mp4 file .
Why does that now happen to YT-based Amara pages - and why does it happen to some of them, but not to other ones?
Actually, there is a difference with Amara pages made from URLs of mp4 files, where that file URL title obtains everywhere, also in teams' video lists. With the YT-base pages above, their YT title does appear correctly e.g. the list of a team's video.
