Support for subtitles please

When converting DVD rips in MKV format, there's usually a VobSub stream. It would be nice to pass it through to the converted MP4.

Support for .srt subtitle files would be useful too, see VidConverter.

I need to convert ISO to MKV, MakeMKV was originally mine. It is a free software, but it can't be subtitled. Now many paid software support, such as Winx, DVDFab.
