Encode multi-channel audio to Dolby Prologic II 2-channel rather than multi-channel AAC

For portable devices it doesn't make too much sense to output MP4s with multi-channel AAC. It would be a lot better to encode to 2-channel Dolby Pro Logic II or simply stereo, though DPII sounds a bit better and it can be played equally well by any basic player.
