Subtitles in the wrong language

Hello, I’m using this platform for the first time. I’ve uploaded a YouTube video with foreigners speaking English. The platform assign me the Greek language. How can I change that to English? And how can I add the Italian subtitles? Thank you

Hi, I am a newcomer,  I assigned for subtitles in Slovak  for one video document, but I downloaded wrong subtitles
